Ian Pitt
General Manager
Brought up in a family of hauliers, Ian has spent the last 28 years looking after the insurance interests of the haulage industry. He’s a family man at home. And having retired as an amateur motocross rider a few years ago, when he’s not in the office, he now hits the mountain bike trails at the weekends to get that extra adrenalin rush.
Mike Scott
Fleet Manager
Mike has dedicated his entire 22-year career to the haulage insurance industry, so his knowledge and passion is second to none. It’s hard getting him away from the office, but when we do, he can normally be found at the weekends, pitch-side, cheering on his son’s football team. But can we forgive him for being a lifelong Villa fan?
Sally Raymond
Client Success Manager
Sally spent her early career in Germany helping ex-pats with their insurance, until she returned to the UK 9 years ago. With an impressive attention to detail and outstanding customer service, Sally is often referred to as ‘a pleasure to deal with’. In her downtime she likes to hit the gym, and the gin, but thankfully not at the same time!
Louise Holden
Conduct & Governance Manager
Louise’s 16 years’ experience in compliance-based insurance roles brings our business a meticulous, yet pragmatic, approach to applying the regulatory framework we are governed by. Outside of work, Louise would love to have some spare time, but ferrying her 8-year-old twins to football, drama and martial arts classes keeps her busy, all fuelled by a healthy addiction to Haribo’s!
Frazer Wilkie
New Business Team Leader
After travelling solo around the world for a year, Frazer came back into the haulage insurance industry 13 years ago. His hard work and dedication shines through with his clients. Frazer is a keen amateur chef and loves to entertain his family and friends. He runs off the calories in half marathons, and he’s now working up to the full 26.2 miles!
Jack Little
New Business Account Handler
Dedicated to the industry for the last 9 years, Jack has exceptional qualities when dealing with his insurance clients. He’s very personable, and exceptional at sourcing solutions to every challenging requirement. When he’s not studying for his professional qualifications, Jack can be found ‘networking’ (or so he calls it…) at one of our local bars!
Tom Gorman
New Business Account Handler
Tom is passionate about finding the best deal for our clients whilst providing excellent customer service. He enjoys all things outdoors and loves to travel. Away from the office, Tom enjoys long country walks with his King Charles Cavalier’s, cheering on Aston Villa, or planning his upcoming wedding.
Jack Busby
New Business Account Handler
With over 7 years’ experience in both the General and Commercial Insurance markets, Jack has a strong knowledge of the Haulage Insurance Industry and is proud of providing excellent service to his clients.
Outside of work he goes to the gym, plays rugby, and has been known to jump out of planes in the summer (with a parachute, we believe!).
Cush Miles
Development Executive
Cush has joined our expanding Fleet team. Although he is new to the insurance world, he brings a wealth of sales and business development experience with him. Outside of work, Cush loves nothing more playing football and going to the gym. He’s also partial to the odd apple crumble, or a few pints with friends!
Arron Green
Renewals Account Handler
With 10 years’ haulage insurance experience, Arron’s friendly-yet-professional approach hits the spot with his clients. Don’t let his ‘unique’ collection of trainers, or the fact that he’s an avid Wolves fan, put you off. He can be found in the gym 4 or 5 times a week, although we’re still to figure out quite what he does there!
Beth Neeson
Renewals Account Handler
Holding a first-class degree in international business, Beth knows what it takes to make our company work. And that’s putting clients first, all the time, every time. At 4’9” Beth’s biggest challenge is getting asked for ID when she orders her favourite tipple – a large glass of rosé! A keen cyclist too, Beth commutes by pedal-power daily, setting up her energy levels perfectly for the day ahead.

With over 6 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Ben is knowledgeable, has a keen eye for detail, and always puts his clients at the heart of everything he does. In his spare time, he’s an avid football fan and proud father of 2. Ben enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family, pitch side, or ideally both.
Laura Gittins
Cust. Service Account Handler
Laura’s an experienced account handler with great attention to detail. She’s a dedicated mum of two, spending weekends and evenings taxiing them between kick-boxing, swimming and ballet. When she does got a moment to herself, Laura loves weekends away in Wales, theme parks, a good comedy night, or re-living her youth at concerts. N-dubz fans watch out!
Jessica Haviland-Raybould

Jess is super-focused on helping clients and providing great customer service. Outside of work, she is married and a proud mum of two. Newly moved to Telford after hubby left the services, Jess enjoys great coffee and a decent documentary, doing crafts, or a movie night cuddled up with her children.
Chloe Broadhurst
Account Handler
Chloe brings a wealth of knowledge with her after recently graduated with a degree in Business Management from university. She’s a keen music fan, enjoying as many concerts and events as she can, including the latest Oasis tour. Chloe’s also an adventurous roadie herself, regularly driving out with her friends to find new places to visit.
Nikki Dunn
Technical Broker
Bringing over 23 years’ experience, and a wealth of technical insurance knowledge to the Compare HGV Insurance family, Nikki is a great asset we’re proud to have on board. She doesn’t have much spare time as her daughters keep her on her toes, although she is known to enjoy a glass (or two) of red.
Nick McCann
Trainee Broker
Having left behind the bustling world of accounting, Nick is the latest recruit to our Fleet team and he’s ready for a new challenge. Often found keeping himself fit at the gym, he also enjoys a pint or two with his mates or practicing his aerial photography & videography skills with his new drone.
Lewis Martin - hidden
Development Executive
Before joining the world of commercial insurance, Lewis was a car salesman for Mercedes-Benz and Honda. So he understands vehicles, and he’s super-focused on great customer service. Outside of work, Lewis is a family man, proud Dad, and life-long Coventry City supporter. He’s also a self-confessed sports fanatic, watching and playing most sports, and training for a half marathon.
